These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mbalee Beauty Collection website, luxury hair extensions, skincare products, and customer services.

By browsing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Custom Orders

We strive to accurately present hair textures, HD lace types, bundle weights, and lengths. Slight natural variations may occur in 100% raw virgin human hair bundles as each bundle originates from natural human hair.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment must be cleared prior to dispatch via our secure Yoco payment gateway or Instant EFT.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery lead times vary by region within South Africa. Tracking information is provided upon dispatch. Mbalee Beauty Collection is not liable for delay caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to health and hygiene standards, hair extensions, closures, frontals, and wigs must be unopened, unworn, and with the lace uncut to qualify for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
